Recently bias is favoring Get Your Feet On The Floor, it was something new for me to try and I really had the time to polish that baby

Most successful vid

Contest-wise The Art of Adolescence had all year to compete and racked up several finalist spots and three awards, view-wise Funny Little Blorbos

Vid least appreciated by the universe

Through no fault of its own, Hiraeth is an extremely personal vid that relies on the viewer having context for Myoue's whole "suicidal immortal trapped in his childhood home" deal

Most fun vid

Get Your Feet On The Floor, I designed it in a lab to ooze fun and whimsy

Vid with the single sexiest moment

It's blink and you miss it but Blood-bound has some good old fashion "vampire licking blood at corner of the mouth" that is hard to miss

Hardest vid to make

Toss up between Iridescence and Hiraeth. The former because I was intentionally trying a lot of new stuff and pushing my mmv skills and the latter bc of the hyper specific context plus the song being super dynamic

Most unintentionally telling vid

Requiem is all my techniques I use to make anything look half-way interesting laid bare. Just count all the push zooms and sudden pans

Things I learned

Finally nailed track mattes transitions which is why so many of my mmvs have fun inverted moments. Also ICs are fun

Things to work on

Need to integrate animation more regularly in my mmvs and get more creative with my compositions so I am not just relying on the preexisting layouts
